Tai Chi of Running Part 6

The saga continues…

Ok, last week was probably a step into new territory for some of you.

We’re going to keep exploring…

This week we are going to make the six pointed star three dimensional.

If we take the two triangles and make them pyramids we come up with the figure below.

It’s called a star tetrahedron or Merkaba.

The sides of this geometric figure can be followed the same as a six pointed star. Instead of 6 sides there are now 24.

Here’s what the Merkaba looks like behind the scenes.

And here’s the sequence.

You can use your Dan Tien breath, heartbeat and sensate pineal with this entrainment including a six syllable affirmation.

One that I like to use which is rather pithy is from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.

It goes “A-Ah-Sha-Sa-Ma-Ha”.

Essentially what this mantra means in See the Seer Seeing.

They say that if you look at the Sanskrit every day for 15 days, it will clear your negative karma.

Ok, that’s enough esoteric stuff for one day.

Now we have six stages to this running method. Divide your route into six segments and practice the six stages cumulatively.

If you missed the first five articles, here they are.
