So far we’ve incorporated a numbers of things into this running method. These include three body centers, three body cycles and a way to project these sensibilities into the world. In addition we’ve developed a good relationship with our hips and a connectedness with sky and earth through our hands.

You might ask, what more could we want?

This is where this running method gets a bit more esoteric.

Before we do I need to remind you that you are the captain of your own ship and to decide for yourself if these running instructions are good for you.

I’ve been using the six-pointed star as a visualization object for decades.

Why visualized? There are many benefits to visualization. Here are a few.

  1. EMPOWERMENT
  2. THE REAL AND THE IMAGINARY ARE THE SAME TO THE UNCONSCIOUS
  3. WILL POWER

Read this article to find out more.

Why have I chosen the six-pointed star to visualize? It is the balance between above and below, the symbol of the heart chakra and it can’t be reversed. Let me explain this last point. One of things that is commonly done in black magic is to take a symbol, like the pentagram, and invert it. If you invert the six-pointed star you still have the six-pointed star!

What I do with this symbol is rhythmically entrain my breathing to the six sides of this geometric figure, following the sequence numbered below.

I also entrain a pity six syllable affirmation to the sides, something like “There is no love by love.” The affirmation you choose can be something completely personal.

Mind you, while doing this visualization I’m not forgetting any of the other previous focuses like the Dan Tien, the heart beat and sensation in the pineal gland. Granted, momentarily the contouring has been dropped but I will show you how to add this back in in the next blog.

So just to clarify a bit more, do your stretches and then sequence these 5 steps into 5 segments of your running route, making each new step a cumulation of the previous steps. Sway your hips and face the right hand up and the left hand down.

Here’s are the steps.

  1. Breathing into the Dan Tien
  2. Heart beat
  3. The Sensate Pineal Gland
  4. Contouring
  5. Six Pointed Star

That’s it for this week. You are accessing a more complete sense of who you are. Run with it wisely.

My father took bicycles and cars apart and put them back together. I've taken the Universe apart and I'm trying to put it back together.
