The first song is called It’s All Good.

Are you a fan of the the BBC Sherlock series?

If you are you’re gonna love this song.

Heck, you’ll love this song even if you’re not a fan.

In any case, there is an episode where Sherlock has been shot and he’s dying. Sherlock Holmes has an elaborate mind palace and as he’s going through the dying process, he’s going from room to room experiencing memories and people. In one of the rooms is his deceased arch enemy James Moriarty. James is in a fairly deranged state but what he’s screaming at Sherlock actually has a lot of truth to it. It’s like he’s Sherlock’s Nemesis coach. I took the text verbatim from this scene and wrote a song. Here’s are the words.

IT’S ALL GOOD

IT’S ALL GOOD (2x)

You always feel it Sherlock

IT’S ALL GOOD

IT’S ALL GOOD (2x)

But you don’t have to fear it Sherlock

IT’S ALL GOOD

Pain, Heartbreak, Loss and Death

IT’S ALL GOOD (2x)

You always feel it Sherlock

IT’S ALL GOOD

IT’S ALL GOOD (2x)

But you don’t have to fear it Sherlock

IT’S ALL GOOD

The Darkest shadow holds the brightest light

Come back to see your Momma

Before you lose your life

When looking for the key

Don’t search beneath the lamp

Just because it’s easier

Does not increase your chance

The last two stanzas I wrote myself.

Here’s the scene clip.

It’s all good is such a powerful message. I have a friend who says “The universe is conspiring to wake us up”. This means that GUS ( God, Universe, Source ) is always knocking on our door. At times we’re delighted to have a visitor. Sometimes we don’t want to answer. In any case, there is always something for us to learn and that somethings contributes to our wholeness.

Wholeness is a tornado in my life.

I have invited it.

I am actively participating in it.

The negativity is dis-ownership. Rejecting the life experiences that don’t fit in with what I think life should be, defines this negativity. If I embrace it all, if I eat it all, I will open into my wholeness which is actually quite enormous.

EAT IT, SHERLOCK!!!

Here is a video of me playing the song.

My father took bicycles and cars apart and put them back together. I've taken the Universe apart and I'm trying to put it back together.
